Lawsuit Filed Against Universal Orlando Following Son's Serious Injuries

Jennifer Lundy has filed a lawsuit against Universal Orlando after her son reportedly passed out and suffered permanent injuries on the Stardust Racers roller coaster at Epic Universe. The suit was submitted on or near October 6, 2026, according to the Orlando Sentinel and People.com.

Stardust Racers is a roller coaster at Universal's Epic Universe theme park in Orlando. The lawsuit alleges the ride left her son with permanent damage. Universal Orlando has not publicly responded to the allegations.
