Childcare operator Edge Early Learning has entered voluntary administration. The private equity backed company manages 70 childcare centres, leaving the future of its locations uncertain. Arena REIT revealed the entry into voluntary administration after notifications about the status of the childcare group came in.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have taken over oversee the financial oversight and financial health of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the proceedings. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
