Swedish actor Dolph Lundgren, 68, says seeking another doctor's view after a kidney cancer diagnosis was the decision that kept him alive. He has talked openly about the experience in a new documentary, "Dolph: Unbreakable," which is now picking up reviews from critics and audiences.

Lundgren also has a memoir out covering personal chapters from his career, including the story behind a widely remembered red carpet confrontation with Jean-Claude Van Damme. The documentary and book come out at the same time, giving fans a detailed look at the health battle and life the Swedish actor has mostly kept to himself.
