Dera Dida Yami of Ethiopia won the women’s race in 2:23:18 in Cape Town 2026. Eliud Kipchoge took part and finished 16th in the elite field. These results confirm Esa’s victory and Yami’s Cape Town 2026 crown. The men’s course record plus wheelchair records were established during the race.
